An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 10% stake in Zht Co.,Ltd from Hanryu A.I. Center Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222810) for KRW 500 million on February 27, 2020. Hanryu A.I. will sell 18,000 shares of Zht as a part of the acquisition. The Board of Hanryu A.I. approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on March 13, 2020. As on March 13, 2020, transaction is expected to close on March 19, 2020. As of March 19, 2020 transaction is expected to close on September 29, 2020. As of September 29, 2020 expected date of sales is March 29, 2021.
