Midas AI Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222810) agreed to acquire Jason & Company Co., Ltd. from Choi Wook-rak, Daesung Kim, Jo Moon-jung, Hyunsoo Choi, Song Jin-soon, Kim Ye-jun, Kim Ye-gun and Ahn So-young for KRW 18.2 billion on January 24, 2022. The acquisition will be funded from the holding funds and issuance commission of convertible bonds. The total assets, total debt, total equity, sales ant net income of Jason & Company Co., for the current year 2021, were KRW 31.32 billion, KRW 20.75 billion, KRW 10.57 billion, KRW 98.77 billion, KRW 6.4 billion and KRW 5.7 billion respectively. The deal is subject to approval from Midas AI's shareholders. The deal is expected to close on February 28, 2022. As of February 28, 2022, the transaction is expected to be closed on March 21, 2022.
