(KOSE:A005980) for approximately KRW 250 million on February 24, 2017. Misan Partners Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 0.06 million shares at the price of KRW 4,110 per share and increased holding to 1.3 million shares.
Misan Partners Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of an additional 0.28% stake in Seouleaguer Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043710) from Sungjee Construction Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A005980) on February 24, 2017.
