Maeil Broadcasting Network announced that it will issue 297,522 common shares at a price of KRW 6,050 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 1,800,008,100 on June 22, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investors Bubang Co., Ltd. for 66,116 shares, Hansae Co., Ltd. for 49,587 shares, SD BioSensor, Inc for 49,587 shares, Nmedia Co., Ltd. for 49,587 shares, HANSHIN Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. for 33,058 shares, Ex-In Housing Co., Ltd. for 16,529 shares, Webcash I&C for 16,529 shares and individual investor Kim, Jin Woo for 16,529 shares. The expected payment date of the transaction is July 8, 2022.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. All securities issued in the transaction are subject to a hold period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
