Sanyu Construction Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:1841) signed an agreement to acquire Namekata Kensetsu K.K. from Atsushi Namekata on February 14, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Sanyu Construction Co.,Ltd. will acquire 200 shares of Namekata Kensetsu K.K. and will become a subsidiary of Sanyu Construction Co.,Ltd. Namekata Kensetsu K.K. had total assets of ¥400 million, net assets of ¥273 million, revenue of ¥1.3 billion, operating loss of ¥19 million and net loss of ¥14 million for the year ending March 31, 2017. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Sanyu Construction Co.,Ltd. on February 14, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on April 2, 2018.
