Qingdao Samwha Electronics Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of KRW 7,898,600,000 on February 22, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed by Samwha Electronics Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A011230). The transaction is expected to be completed by March 9, 2018. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor. The company reported total assets of KRW 26,800,002,719, total liabilities of KRW 21,883,652,153, capital of KRW 45,272,293,818, sales of KRW 23,387,639,183, net loss of KRW 1,116,101,562, and total capital of KRW 4,916,350,566 for the year ended December 31, 2017.
