iMarketKorea, Inc. (KOSE:A122900) joined the bid to acquire SAMT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A031330). iMarketKorea said, it had submitted letter of intent to join the bid but nothing is not decided yet. iMarketKorea closed up 2.75% and SAMT closed up 3.02%.
