S&S TECH CORPORATION is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of blank masks. The Company mainly produces blank masks, which are photo mask materials used for manufacturing of semiconductors, thin film transistor-liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs), color filters and others. In addition, it engages in the manufacture of touch screen panels (TSPs) used for smart phones, tablet personal computers (PCs) and other electronics, as well as chemicals used for semiconductors and fission product detection (FPD). The Company also involves in the venture capital investment business. The Company’s customers are Samsung Electronics, Hynix Semiconductor, LG Display and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
