Nexturn Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089140) agreed to acquire 2.4% stake in Ryukil C&S Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A191410) for KRW 1.5 billion on May 29, 2017. Nexturn will acquire 0.2 million shares of Ryukil C&S. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Nexturn and is expected to close on June 1, 2017.
