Ruixin International Holdings Limited announced that pursuant to Rule 13.48(1) and Rule 13.49(6) of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to publish its interim results announcement for the six months ended 30 June 2022 (the ‘2022 Interim Results') not later than two months after the date upon which the financial period ended, that is, on or before 31 August 2022 and despatch its interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2022 (the ‘2022 Interim Report') to the shareholders of the Company (the ‘Shareholders') not later than three months after the date upon which the financial period ended, that is, on or before 30 September 2022. As the Company is still waiting for the grant of shareholder loans to prepare the condensed consolidated financial statements on a going concern basis, the board (the ‘Board') of directors (the ‘Director(s)') and the audit committee of the Company consider that the Company will not be able to publish the 2022 Interim Results on or before 31 August 2022. The Board acknowledges that the delay in the publication of the 2022 Interim Results and the dispatch of the 2022 Interim Report will constitute non-compliance with Rule 13.48(1) and Rule 13.49(6) of the Listing Rules.

The Company will make further announcement(s) to inform the Shareholders and potential investors on the publication of the 2022 Interim Results and 2022 Interim Report. It is currently estimated that the 2022 Interim Results will be published by mid-September 2022.
