Pasta Romana Foods Inc entered into an agreement to acquire Romana Food Brands Corp. (OTCPK:RFBC) in a reverse merger transaction on November 27, 2017. Under the terms, Romana Food Brands will issue 400 million restricted common shares and 100 million restricted Series B preferred stock as consideration.
