Jens Birgersson, Chief Executive Officer of Danish insulation materials supplier Rockwool A/S (CPSE:ROCK B), has said that the company's four factories in Russia will remain in the group's ownership and production will continue. He said that a sale of the Russian assets to local owners would be a gift to people who will most likely have close links with the Russian state. According to Birgersson, Rockwool's technology is in a class of its own on the market, and sharing out of its intellectual property rights would result in considerable losses.
