Type of contract: Loan agreement

Total value of the contract: EUR 2 million

Object of the contract: Loan granted for the purpose of carrying out day to day activity

Contract duration / reimbursement of loan: Cash refund, within 6 months from the date on which the account of BICO INDUSTRIES S.A. was credited with the loan amount, with the possibility of making advance payments
