RESBUD SE The management board of RESBUD SE based in Modlniczka informs that on June 21, 2024 received from DKW Polska OÜ, an authorized shareholder of the Company, information about the submission of the following candidates for Members of the Supervisory Board of RESBUD SE of the new term:

- Mr. Dariusz Krawczyk
- Mr. Alaxeya Petrov
- Mr. Sergiusz Pietrosz
- Mr. Andrzej Sadowski
- Mr. Robert Wąchała
The above candidates were submitted in connection with the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 26, 2024 (about which the Company informed in current report No. 11/2024 of May 29, 2024), which provides for the adoption of resolutions on the appointment of members of the Supervisory Board
