09.01.2023 Completion of negotiations for sale of Russian subsidiary Energokomplekt O.O.O.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE informs that on January 9, 2023 it completed negotiations on the sale of 100% of shares in the Issuer's Russian subsidiary Energokomplekt o.o.o..

The Issuer informed about the start of talks with a potential buyer in current report No. 13/2022 dated September 9, 2022.

The Issuer will immediately announce the conclusion of the sales agreement in an appropriate announcement.
