Recyctec Holding AB announced that it expects to receive SEK 8 million in funding from Delcea Ab, Henry Dunkers Förvaltnings Aktiebolag, and other investors.

Recyctec Holding AB (publ) (OM:RECY B) announced a private placement of 1,105,000 B shares at SEK 7.24 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 8,000,200 on March 13, 2014. The transaction will include participation from Delcea Ab and Henry Dunkers Förvaltnings Aktiebolag. Sedermera Fondkommission will act as the placement agent to the company and will issue the securities to its clients.
