Ramasigns Industries Limited announced that Mrs. Sursari Sagar Dwivedi, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect ie. dated 23 January 2024 due to his personal reasons and my other commitments. Consequently he shall cease to be Independent Director of the Company.
