QLS Holdings Co., Ltd (NSE:7075) entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire AIAI Life Care Co., Ltd. from AIAI Group Corporation (TSE:6557) on April 30, 2024. QLS Holdings Co., Ltd (NSE:7075) signed an agreement to acquire AIAI Life Care Co., Ltd. from AIAI Group Corporation (TSE:6557) for approximately ¥130 million on May 30, 2024. 200 shares will be transferred.
The agreement is expected to be signed late May, 2024. The deal is expected to be completed on May 31, 2024.
