Punktid Technologies AS hereby informs that Andres Lüiste has submitted an application to resign from the supervisory board of Punktid Technologies AS. The term of authority of Andres Lüiste as the member of the supervisory board expires on 02.07.2023.
The election of a new member of the supervisory board is planned within the general meeting of Punktid Technologies AS of which the management board will inform all shareholders at least three weeks before the general meeting.
