Pulmuone Foods Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Food Merce Co.,Ltd from Pulmuone Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A017810) for approximately KRW 110 billion in stock on October 16, 2015. Pulmuone Foods will acquire 4.68 million shares of Food Merce at a stock swap ratio of 1:0.640151. Food Merce Co.,Ltd reported total assets of KRW 85.75 billion, total liabilities of KRW 61.08 billion and total capital of KRW 24.67 billion in the year 2014. The deal is expected to close by November 20, 2015.
