Przedsiebiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego Baltona Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:BAL) and Flemingo International Ltd. acquired CDD Holding BV for €3.3 million on September 25, 2013. Przedsiebiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego Baltona Spólka Akcyjna acquires 62% stake in CDD Holding for €2.2 million and remaining will be held by Flemingo International. Flemingo International will contribute €2.2 million for the financing of the transaction. Airport stores taken over from Chacalli will operate under Baltona's brand.
