Przedsiebiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego Baltona Spólka Akcyjna intends to launch an IPO in the first quarter of 2013. The company plans to use the funds to develop in Poland and abroad in the coming years, both organically and via acquisition, the prospectus reads.
