Kensuke Sekikawa agreed to acquire Project HR Solutions Co., Ltd. from ProjectHoldings, Inc. (TSE:9246) for ¥200 million on May 15, 2024. Kensuke Sekikawa will acquire all 2000 shares.
ProjectHoldings Inc, formerly ProjectCompany Inc, is a company mainly engaged in digital transformation (DX) business and human resources (HR) business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Digital Transformation business provides three services. The consulting service is engaged in the provision of new business development support services, existing business transformation services and business improvement services through DX. The marketing service is engaged in the provision of social networking service (SNS) operation support services and Website improvement services. The user interface and user experience (UI/UX) service utilizes UIscope, which is a usability test service for improving UI/UX and supports the improvement and design of the service experience. The DX x Technology business provides technology services to support system development, operation and maintenance, and software testing. The DXHR business provides HR solution services.
