Gas Bridge S.A. agreed to acquire 10% stake in Campo de Manati Gas Field from Petro Rio S.A. for BRL124 million.

Gas Bridge S.A. agreed to acquire 10% stake in Campo de Manati Gas Field from Petro Rio S.A. (BOVESPA:PRIO3) for BRL124 million on November 3, 2022. The sale depends on approval from antitrust body Cade and national oil and gas agency ANP. The effective date of the sale is December 1, 2022.
