Plaza Create Honsha Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:7502) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 350,000 shares, representing 2.76% of its share capital, for ¥146.3 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to respond to changes in the business environment and enable a flexible capital policy execution. The program will run until July 14, 2021. As of February 10, 2021, the company had 12,689,557 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,146,701 shares in treasury.
