Plaza Create Honsha Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:7502) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 2.43% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ?150 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policies that respond to changes in the business environment. The program will continue through May 31, 2022. As of November 22, 2021, the company had 12,339,557 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 1,496,701 treasury shares.
