AMSTERDAM (AP) — AMSTERDAM (AP) — Koninklijke Philips NV (PHG) on Monday reported a loss of $1.08 billion in its first quarter.

The Amsterdam-based company said it had a loss of $1.19 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 28 cents per share.

The medical imaging equipment maker posted revenue of $4.49 billion in the period.
