People, Dreams & Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:9248) agreed to acquire Pcrw Consultant Co., Ltd. from PC Ltd. and Officer Shareholding Association for ¥2.2 billion on August 25, 2022. As per terms, People, Dreams & Technologies Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 457 shares of Pcrw Consultant at the price of ¥4,820,000 per share.
