People, Dreams & Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:9248) agreed to acquire Pcrw Consultant Co., Ltd. from PC Ltd. and Officer Shareholding Association for Ñ2.2 billion on August 25, 2022. As per terms, People, Dreams & Technologies Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 457 shares of Pcrw Consultant at the price of Ñ4,820,000 per share. Pcrw Consultant shares held by the Executive Shareholding Association will be purchased by PC in advance and transferred to the People, Dreams & Technologies.
For the fiscal year ending May 31, 2022, Pcrw consultant reported Net worth of Ñ1.2 billion, Total assets of Ñ1.6 billion, Sales of Ñ2.2 billion, Operating income of Ñ249 million, and Net income of Ñ168 million. The acquisition is expected to close on October 4, 2022.
