PC GUARD S.A. PC GUARD Systemy Informatyczne SA signed an agreement to acquire ERP information systems from PC Guard Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:PCG) for PLN 3.3 million on January 31, 2014. Under the terms of the transaction, PC GUARD Systemy Informatyczne SA will issue new shares as a consideration.
