Paradigm Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTCPK:PDGO) agreed to acquire a majority interest in A. Feezel Corporation in cash and stock on August 5, 2013. Paradigm Oil and Gas will use CAM Trucking and Well Services equipment of A. Feezel Corporation for its own operations. The transaction is expected to close in 10 days time.
