Changes of the representative directors are still subject to formal approval by the Board of Directors Meeting to be held on June 29, 2017, following the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on the same day. Changes of representative directors are: Tamotsu Sato from current position representative director, chief executive officer to new position as representative director, chairman & chief executive officer and Kenshi Terada changed from director, managing executive officer to new position as representative director, president & chief operating officer.
