Oryx Technology Corp. (Oryx) is primarily involved in providing management services to its only portfolio company, S2 Technologies, Inc. (S2 Technologies). As of February 29, 2008, the Company ceased actively seeking new investments in other companies. On February 3, 2006, the Company sold its majority-owned subsidiary, SurgX Corporation that licensed its SurgX surge protection technology to Littelfuse, Inc. S2 Technologies is a software developer that provides products and services to optimize integration of embedded software. This software enables development teams to integrate, test and continuously verify their software throughout the development process.
