Notice Concerning Status and Completion of Acquisition of Treasury Stock (Acquisition of Treasury Stock Pursuant to Provisions of the Articles of Incorporation based on the Provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)
OPTEX Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces the status of its treasury stock acquisition (for the month of December) based on a resolution passed by the Board of Directors at a meeting on November 15, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 thereof. Details are provided below.
The Company also announces that it has completed the acquisition of treasury stock, made based on a decision made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 15, 2021.
