OneAll International Limited provided update on the upgrade and expansion of its manufacturing facilities in Guangdong, China. Despite recently receiving approvals and permits for the construction, a change in zoning has meant that the Company has the opportunity to modify its current design. This zoning change is very beneficial to the company and will result in the Guangdong manufacturing facility having significantly more space than the previously planned expansion. Re-designs for a seven-level manufacturing, warehouse, office and showroom facility are now being developed, and construction is anticipated to commence in July 2018 with the previous two phases being combined into one. To ensure the company's manufacturing capacity is not impacted, the Company has secured the exclusive services of a local furniture manufacturer and powder coating provider to meet existing manufacturing requirements. The company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Douts Li said: "The Board has taken the prudent step of temporarily delaying current construction in order to take advantage of recent changes in zoning to ensure that maximise the value and construction footprint of current manufacturing facilities. The expanded facility, which expect to commence building in July 2018, will be a larger investment for the company but will deliver greater capacity with respect to manufacturing, warehouse, office and showroom facilities. While designs and planning approvals are yet to be finalised, anticipate the construction of the project will be completed around March 2019.
