OneAll International Limited announced that construction works to upgrade and expand its manufacturing facilities in Guangdong, China has commenced. Changes in zoning have meant that OneAll has been able to extend its current operation to an additional seven -level 25,000 m2 fully integrated, manufacturing, warehousing, showroom and office facility. The building contract was recently signed with approx. CNY 40 million (AUD 8 million) total construction cost which includes the completion of the foundations for a second seven-level industry building - the next stage of the expansion program. Completion of the foundations for the second building will secure a building certificate for the next stage expansion with current conditions that favour the Company in density and height restraints which substantially reduce the per square metre construction cost. The construction will be funded from existing cash reserves, however, the Company may decide to pursue external financing options should the right opportunity materialise. OneAll expects to generate approximately USD 17 million in additional manufacturing revenue in the four years post completion.
