NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the meeting of the Board of Directors of OMATEK VENTURES PLC. will hold on Tuesday, the 25thday of October

2022at 11: 00amto discuss the following:

1. Review and possible approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Period ending 30 September 2022 (2023 Q3 UFS)
2. Update on the Proposed 12th and 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the years ended 31 December 2020 and 2021
3. Other items.

Consequently, the Company will commence its closed period from Saturday, October 1, 2022, and this will remain in force till twenty-four

1. hours after the filing of the Q3 UFS at the Nigerian Exchange Limited. All Insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company's shares during this period.
