Nissan Americas, a subsidiary of Nissan Motor Company has named Yuri Rodrigues as its new vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction and chief customer satisfaction officer, Americas, effective August 1. In the new role, Rodrigues will manage product safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction across the Americas region. Rodrigues has been serving at Nissan since 2011, initially serving as a director responsible for product quality and customer satisfaction in Brazil. He later covered Latin America, before becoming the global chief quality engineer for INFINITI in Japan.

He has been serving as region vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction and chief customer satisfaction officer for Nissan Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania (AMIEO). Rodrigues is to succeed James Moss, who has been promoted to the role of corporate vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
