Ningbo Homelink Eco-iTech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:301193) agreed to acquire an additional 45% stake in Zhejiang Jiadebao Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Double Fish Plastics Co., Ltd. for CNY 45 million on April 28, 2022. As per the terms, Ningbo Homelink will acquire 15,608,912 shares. Post acquisition, After the share transfer and capital increase, the Ningbo Homelink Eco-iTech Co., Ltd. will hold 75% and Zhejiang Double Fish Plastics Co., Ltd. 25%. Transaction has been approved in the Ningbo's 3rd Extraordinary Directorate Meeting of 2022 and the 7th Meeting of the Supervisory Board held on April 28, 2022, and do not need the Shareholders' Approval. For the year ended December 31, 2022, Zhejiang had CNY 219.02 million of total assets, CNY 67.53 million of Net Assets, CNY 134.05 million of Revenues, CNY 11.57 million of operating loss. CNY 9.72 million of Net loss.
