Nexus Select Trust is an India-based retail real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 17 Grade-A urban consumption centers with a gross leasable area of 9.9 million square feet spread across 14 cities in India, two complementary hotel assets (354 keys) and three office assets with a gross leasable area of 1.3 million square feet. Its consumption centers have a tenant base of over 1,000 domestic and international brands spanning across approximately 3,000 stores. Its operating segments include Urban consumption centre Rentals (Mall Rentals), Office Rentals, Hospitality and Others. The Others segment comprises of sale of office units, and generation of renewable energy. Its portfolio includes Nexus Select Citywalk, Nexus Elante, Nexus Seawoods, Nexus Ahmedabad One, Nexus Hyderabad, Nexus Vijaya, Nexus Esplanade, Nexus Westend, Nexus Koramangala, Nexus Amritsar, Nexus Shantiniketan, Nexus Celebration, Nexus Whitefield and Fiza by Nexus.
