Illegal Restaurant Group, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Nexus Energy Services, Inc. (OTCPK:NESI) in a reverse merger transaction on April 1, 2015. Under the terms of this agreement the surviving public company will change its name to Illegal Restaurant Group, Inc.
