Springs Rejuvenation, LLC has signed an letter of intent to acquire Avra Inc. (OTCPK:AVRN) in a reverse merger transaction on October 29, 2021. Springs Rejuvenation, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Avra Inc. (OTCPK:AVRN) in a reverse merger transaction on November 30, 2021.
Springs Rejuvenation, LLC completed the acquisition of Avra Inc. (OTCPK:AVRN) in a reverse merger transaction on December 20, 2021. As a part of merger, the surviving entity will be Springs Rejuvenation, Inc. (SPRINGS). As of September 21, 2022, Springs Rejuvenation and Avra have decided to revert back to their pre-merger status. Springs Rejuvenation, the private company, will retain the intellectual property of Springs Rejuvenation, including the name and web site and other related IP. Avra, the public company, will retain the clinics that it has developed in Atlanta, GA and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, including all fixtures and equipment. Avra will file a corporate action with FINRA to obtain a new name and ticker symbol. In the interim, the public company will begin to operate as NewRegen Inc.

It is also focused on expanding its operations in FL and GA by adding additional affiliate clinics. It offers various services, including hormone replacement therapy, allograft suspension (stem cell) therapy, longevity, immunity, testosterone replacement therapy, weight management and others. It also offers multiple forms of hormone therapy, peptide therapy, cellular therapy, and other wellness therapies that complement their core services. The hormone replacement therapy treats a range of naturally occurring symptoms, including weight gain, increased body fat/decreased muscle mass, low energy, hair loss and others. Its subsidiary is ReGenMD, Inc.
