On January 13, 2023, NerdWallet, Inc. (the Company) accepted the resignation of its Chief Product Officer, John Caine, effective January 27, 2023. Mr. Caine is leaving the Company to pursue another professional opportunity and his resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
