Gas Natural SDG : Castilla y León presents its public tender to installation companies in Salamanca and Zamora

• With this initiative, the company is promoting the establishment of natural gas and the activity of installation companies.

• In 2015, approximately 100 installation companies operated in Castile-Leon under the public tender.

In Salamanca earlier this morning, the Gas Natural Castilla y León Delegate in Salamanca and Zamora, Víctor Durango, the Delegate for New Communities and Infrastructures, Teresa Gutiérrez, and the company's Mass Market Manager in the Northern Zone, Javier de Celis, presented the public tender from the company for 2016 to approximately 50 installation companies and professionals in the fields of plumbing, gas, air conditioning, maintenance, industrial cooling, etc.

Through this public tender, the distribution company is promoting the installation of natural gas in homes, residential blocks, commercial establishments and industries in Castile-Leon.

During the course of the event, the distribution company explained the benefits of using natural gas and the best way to access grants and partnerships offered by the company in occupied property and large-scale consumption markets for the installation of new, more efficient and economical equipment.

Through this public tender, Gas Natural Castilla y León wishes to increase the number of supply points connected to the distribution network in existing homes and thereby foster the take-up of natural gas and boost activity for installers.

Presence in Castile-Leon and Salamanca

Gas Natural Castilla y León, a distribution subsidiary of GAS NATURAL FENOSA, has over 421,000 supply points in the region and a distribution network of 4,500 kilometres. In the province of Salamanca, the company has a network of 660 kilometres that enables it to supply natural gas to almost 54,000 supply points in 21 towns.
