Nanjing Xinyuan Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Nanjing Jiegui Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600533) for approximately CNY 50.5 million on May 13, 2021. As of March 31, 2021, Nanjing Jiegui Information Technology Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 483.9 billion and net assets of CNY 483.6 billion. The transaction has been approved in the 25th Meeting of 7th Directorate of Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. 's held on May 13, 2021, and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
NANJING CHIXIA DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the development, operation, leasing, sales and property management of residential properties.
