Moog Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend on Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, Payable on March 2, 2020

The Board of Directors of Moog Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 2, 2020 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2020.
