The AMF has announced that the compulsory buyout of MND shares will take place on July 16, at a price net of all costs of 0.90 euro per share, and will concern 984,050 shares, or 1.39% of the company's capital and voting rights.

At the close of the public buyout offer initiated by L&M Infra on June 28, 2024, the offeror held 69,850,719 MND shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 98.60% of the capital and voting rights.
