From March 25, 2020 to April 2, 2020, the company has repurchased 11,774 shares, representing 0.5% for KRW 471.62 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 11,774 shares, representing 0.5% for KRW 471.62 million under the buyback announced on March 25, 2020.
Miwon Holdings Co.,Ltd., formerly Miwon Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of specialty chemicals. The Company mainly produces ultraviolet (UV) coating materials, including monomers, such as acrylates and methacrylates; oligomers, such as epoxy, urethane, polyester, silicone, dendritic acrylates and others, as well as other specialties, such as photo initiators, amine synergist, sucrose benzoate, epoxy diluents and powder coating additives.
