Clarification of News Report on Sikao

The President
The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Minor International Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to clarify to the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding media reports on a recent ruling on a land issue of Anantara Sikao Resort. The Company is not the owner of the property. The Company only provides hotel management service to the owner of the property.
While the owning company of the aforementioned property continues to liaise with local authorities to find a successful interim resolution, the Company continues to provide management service to the property as usual with no disruption to the business until further notice from the owning company.
However, the revenue contribution from providing service to the aforementioned property does not have a significant impact on the Company's financial performance, given the sheer size and diversification of the Company's overall portfolio.
Please be informed accordingly.
Sincerely yours,
- Signed - -----------------------------------------(Mr. Chaiyapat Paitoon)
Deputy Corporate Chief Financial Officer
