Millennium Global Holdings, Inc. announced audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2018. For the period, the company reported revenues of PHP 1,547,645,874 compared to PHP 1,824,715,335 a year ago. Loss after tax was PHP 558,192 compared to profit of PHP 5,210,029 a year ago. Net loss attributable to parent equity holder was PHP 2,257,919 compared to profit of PHP 1,302,392 a year ago.
Millennium Global Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based holding company. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, Millennium Ocean Star Company (MOSC) and Cebu Canning Corporation (C3). MOSC is primarily engaged in the processing of seafood and aquaculture products for export and trading of imported marine and other related products. Its key business activity is the processing and export of seafood products, such as Black Tiger Shrimps, Kisu (asohos) fillet, frozen lobsters, and others. MOSC also imports salmon, mackerel scad, scallops, shrimps for the local market, supplying supermarkets, groceries, food processors, hotels, and restaurants nationwide. C3 is a domestic company engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, and dealing in pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen marine products, and other food products for export purposes. The raw crab meat, which is the main material used in the business is locally sourced by C3.
